Delivery, Fulfilment and Logistics Cookies (NEW) are used only when a Customer selects delivery instead of pickup. These cookies or SDKs enable order handover coordination with independent delivery providers, or delivery conducted directly by the Restaurant through its own delivery personnel. They may assist with courier assignment, routing, delivery status updates, and proof of completion. These delivery-related technologies are operated independently by the applicable delivery provider or restaurant, and are subject to their own cookie or privacy policies. Snibbl does not control these cookies or SDKs and is not responsible for their operation, data handling, performance, accuracy, or availability., and improve the social experience within the Platform.

  1. Information Collected Through Cookies

The information collected through cookies may include device identifiers, IP addresses, browser types, and operating systems. It may also involve browsing activities, referral websites, and the duration of time spent on particular pages. In addition, cookies help us record login status, account preferences, and saved settings. Within our community features, cookies may track data about your interactions, such as which posts you like or share. Location information may also be collected if enabled on your device. This data may be combined with other information collected about you, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Where delivery is selected, this is conducted by the Restaurant through its own delivery personnel or third party providers which may also use cookies, SDKs or similar technologies to support logistics and fulfilment. These technologies are operated independently from Snibbl and are governed by the policies of the applicable delivery provider or restaurant. Snibbl does not control or accept liability for the deployment, functionality, or data handling practices of these third-party delivery cookies.

Some of this information may be transferred outside the UAE. Where such transfers occur, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the PDPL.
