User Terms and Conditions

1) Ratification of the Agreement
By accessing, registering, browsing, or using the Snibbl website or any of its mobile applications on iOS, Android, tablets, or other devices (collectively, the “Platform”), you confirm you have carefully read and understood these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, and that you agree to be bound by them and comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Platform. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and SNIBBL FZ-LLE (“Snibbl,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of the Platform and related services.
You become a user of the Platform (“User” or “you”) when you access, register for, or interact with any part of the Platform. By doing so, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms in full.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment, internet connection, and permissions to access the Platform, and for making sure anyone accessing the Platform through your account or internet connection is aware of and complies with these Terms.
Your use of, or contribution to, any part of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms as a legally enforceable agreement. The expression “you” includes any individual or entity accessing, using, contributing to, or submitting content on the Platform.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform. Snibbl may update, revise, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Platform after changes are posted, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted the revised Terms.
2) Our Services
The Platform enables registered Users to connect with partnered restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, supermarkets, and other third-party food and retail businesses (collectively, the “Vendors”).
It provides a convenient marketplace where Users can order a variety of items, including prepared meals, beverages, groceries, and other food or non-food goods (collectively, the “Products”) as well as Dine-In services at the given Vendor. Certain categories of Products may be restricted under applicable law (“Restricted Products”), and Users may not be able to order such items through the Platform.
Interactive features allow Users to browse Vendor offerings, customize selections where permitted, and place orders digitally. When an order is placed, Snibbl acts solely as an intermediary technology provider to facilitate the transaction between User and Vendor, manage the order workflow. At this time, Snibbl does not offer delivery services and thus by agreeing to seek delivery, you agree that the same may be provided directly by the Vendor and/or its designated personnel, with no role or liability of Snibbl in any manner.
Snibbl does not produce, prepare, or sell any Products listed on the Platform. Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that all Products they provide comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to food preparation, storage, safety, labeling, and marketing.
Users acknowledge that Snibbl does not independently verify Vendor qualifications, food preparation methods, ingredient lists, or legal compliance. Users should review Vendor information and, if necessary, contact Vendors directly for clarification regarding ingredients, allergens, or preparation standards before placing an order and/or at the time of pick-up or delivery.
Snibbl trusts that the Vendors will make reasonable efforts to accommodate User requests or special instructions. However, if such requests are not commercially feasible or practical, Vendors may proceed with the order according to their standard operating procedures, with prior notice and the acceptance and/or placement of order thereafter will mean that the User accepts all liabilities, and risks to this extent.
Snibbl does not guarantee that any Products provided by Vendors meet particular standards such as “organic,” “nut-free,” “gluten-free,” or “allergen-free” unless expressly required by law. If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, or sensitivities, it is your responsibility to consult the Vendor directly before placing an order and at the time of collection and delivery.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside the control of the Vendor. Snibbl trusts that Vendors will use reasonable efforts to meet expected delivery or collection times, but in no event Snibbl guarantees delivery at a specific time. Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, and Vendor shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snibbl shall not be held responsible for the quality, safety, or suitability of Products offered by Vendors, nor for any illness, injury, dissatisfaction, or damages that may result from their consumption or use.
3) Creating an Account on the Platform
Users may create an account by choosing a unique username and password. Each username is personal and cannot be used by more than one User. The password is known only to the User and may be changed at any time. It is the User’s sole responsibility to create a secure password, keep it confidential, and protect it against unauthorized use. Snibbl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from improper use or disclosure of a password.
To access services requiring an account, Users must log in with their registered credentials. By creating and maintaining an account, you warrant that all personal information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete, and that you will promptly update your profile if information changes. You also confirm you will not impersonate any other person or entity, nor use any name you are not lawfully authorized to use.
Snibbl may use your registered details (such as email or phone number) to notify you of promotions, service updates, or order-related communications. Certain limited details (e.g., your phone number or name) may be shared with Vendors or delivery providers solely to fulfill your orders.
In the event that you do not wish to receive such updates or communications, you may unsubscribe from the service directly or contact Customer Support to facilitate such un-subscription.
You may not register multiple accounts under your own name or use multiple accounts on the same device for promotional abuse. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and ineligibility to use promotional offers.
You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account, including any orders placed, whether authorized or not. If you become aware, or suspect, that your password has been compromised or your account misused, you must notify Snibbl immediately.
You may not use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including (but not limited to):
- Uploading, distributing, or transmitting any unlawful, defamatory, offensive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material;
- Sharing material that violates any law, regulation, or code of practice, or that constitutes a criminal and/or civil offense;
- Interfering with another User’s use or enjoyment of the Platform;
- Attempting to damage, disable, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or connected systems.
If you wish to permanently delete your account, you may submit a request through the Platform’s in-app support or contact channels.
4) Placing an Order and Order Process
When you select a Mystery Bag, Saver Box, Dine-In Voucher, or other Products from a Vendor, you will be directed to the checkout page to review and confirm your order (the “Order”). Please ensure all details—items, quantities, pickup/delivery options, and payment method—are accurate before confirming, as Orders cannot be changed once submitted.
Once payment has been successfully processed, your Order will be confirmed and you will automatically receive a unique QR code through the Platform. This QR code is your digital proof of purchase and must be presented to the Vendor when collecting a Mystery Bag/Saver Box or redeeming a Dine-In Voucher. For delivery orders, the QR code may be used to verify handover of the Products.
A confirmation will also appear in-app and may be sent via email, SMS, or push notification.
If your payment is not authorized, the Order will not be processed and you will be returned to the checkout page. Snibbl has no obligation to fulfill any Order where payment has not been successfully completed.
5) Order Cancellation
Once an Order has been confirmed and accepted by the Vendor, Users are not entitled to cancel or claim a refund, except where cancellation is directly caused by Snibbl’s or the Vendor’s error, non-fulfillment, or failure to provide the Product.
If Snibbl or a Vendor is unable to complete delivery or fulfillment due to the User’s actions, omissions, failure to collect, or provision of incorrect delivery information, the Order may be cancelled without any refund.
Where a User is eligible for a refund under these Terms, the refunded amount will first be credited to the User’s Snibbl Wallet/Account Balance unless the User specifically requests otherwise. In such cases, the refund will only be issued back to the original payment method used when placing the Order.
Refund timelines may vary depending on the User’s payment provider. Typically, refunds take 7–14 business days to reflect, and up to 30 days for international or cross-border banks, subject to processing timelines of banks, card issuers, or payment gateways.
For non-food items ordered through the Platform (including but not limited to groceries, flowers, health & beauty, or other retail goods), any cancellation, return, or refund shall be handled in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection laws and regulations.
6) Delivery
6.1 Vendor Responsibility for Delivery
Delivery of Products is the sole responsibility of the Vendor. Snibbl does not provide delivery services and shall not be responsible for delays, failures, or errors in delivery. Vendors may arrange delivery through their own staff, third-party couriers, or other means at their discretion. By entering your address, you will only see Vendors available to serve your area at that time. Coverage may expand, shrink, or change depending on Vendor policies and external factors (traffic, weather, etc.) without prior notice.
6.2 Delivery Time Estimates
Estimated delivery times shown on the Platform are approximations and may vary due to Vendor operations, order size, time of day, traffic conditions, or other external factors. Vendors will use reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimate, but neither Snibbl nor the Vendor guarantees delivery at a specific time. Users must ensure that they, or an authorized person, is present at the delivery location to receive the Order.
6.3 Failed or Unsuccessful Deliveries
While Snibbl does not currently provide delivery services and therefore cannot reasonably be held liable in this regard, the following non-exhaustive circumstances attributable to the User may entitle the Vendor to cancel the Order without any refund obligation. In such cases, the Vendor may attempt to contact the User via phone, SMS, email, or through the Platform; however, Snibbl bears no responsibility for such outcomes:
- No recipient being present at the delivery address to receive the Order;
- If a User remains uncontactable or fails to receive the Order within a reasonable timeframe after arrival
- The User being uncontactable despite reasonable attempts;
- Lack of suitable access to the designated delivery location; or
- Absence of a secure location to leave the Order.
Any disputes or claims arising in connection with delivery, including delays, failures, or cancellations, shall be addressed and resolved directly between the User and the Vendor, without any liability attaching to Snibbl.
6.5 Wrong, Missing, or Defective Items
If you believe your Order is incorrect, incomplete, or defective, you must contact the Vendor directly. Snibbl provides the Platform as a facilitator but does not prepare, package, or deliver Products. Vendors may, at their discretion, request supporting details (e.g., photos) and determine whether a replacement, partial refund, or credit is appropriate.
6.6 Late Delivery
In the event of significant delays, Users must contact the Vendor directly for resolution. Snibbl is not liable for late deliveries, but Vendors are expected to act in good faith to resolve such issues.
6.7 Contactless Delivery
Where offered, Users may select contactless delivery. Once the Order has been delivered to the agreed location, responsibility for theft, spoilage, contamination, or damage passes to the User. The Vendor shall not be liable for deterioration after such delivery.
7) Pick-Up Services
7.1 Pick-Up Process
Where available, Users may choose to collect their Mystery Bag, Saver Box, Dine-In Voucher redemption, or other Orders directly from the Vendor (“Pick-Up”) instead of delivery. The confirmed Collection Time will be displayed in-app and/or in the Order confirmation. Vendors will prepare the Order by the designated Collection Time; slight delays may occur depending on operations.
Vendors will typically hold the Order for a grace period of up to thirty (30) minutes beyond the scheduled Collection Time (the “Holding Period”). If the User fails to collect within this Holding Period, the Vendor is under no obligation to provide the Order, and the User is not entitled to any refund or replacement.
7.2 QR Code Verification
For all Pick-Up Orders (including Mystery Bags, Saver Boxes, and Dine-In Vouchers), Users will be issued a unique QR code once payment is processed. This QR code is proof of purchase and must be presented to the Vendor at Pick-Up. Vendors may refuse release if the correct QR code is not provided; no refund will be issued.
7.3 Pick-Up Responsibility and Liability
If you delay in collecting your Order, you assume full responsibility for any change in quality, condition, or safety (e.g., temperature changes or spoilage). No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued in such circumstances.
Users are solely responsible for inspecting their Order at Pick-Up and must raise any concerns regarding accuracy, quality, or defects directly with the Vendor before leaving the premises. Snibbl acts only as a facilitator and bears no responsibility for issues arising during or after Pick-Up.
8) User Responsibilities
8.1 Accuracy of Information
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating and maintaining your account.
- You are solely responsible for any losses resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information (e.g., forgotten password, incorrect delivery details).
- Snibbl may suspend or terminate your account in the event of misuse or provision of false information.
8.2 Use of Account
- You are fully responsible for all actions taken under your username and password.
- Passwords must be kept confidential and secure; Snibbl is not liable for unauthorized access caused by negligence.
- You may not access the Platform using another User’s account without their express consent.
- Credit or debit cards used for payments must belong to you, or you must have the cardholder’s legal authorization.
8.3 Acceptable Use of the Platform
You agree that “Use of the Platform” shall include, without limitation, any and all interactions with the Platform, whether for the purposes of placing an order, reserving a dine-in spot, engaging with Community Circles, or utilizing any other feature or functionality of the Platform in any manner whatsoever. You further agree that such Use shall not:
- Access the Platform in any unauthorized way or alter/misuse the software;
- Post, upload, or share any unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or threatening material;
- Harass, abuse, or threaten Users, Vendors, or Snibbl representatives;
- Distribute or promote malware, viruses, spam, chain messages, or unauthorized advertising;
- Copy, reproduce, or republish Vendor content, menus, or reviews for commercial purposes;
- Create reviews or posts that are misleading, commercially motivated, or inconsistent with the Platform’s purpose;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, systems, or networks;
- Engage in activities that harm the integrity, security, or availability of the Platform.
8.4 Responsibility for Content
- You are solely responsible for any content, ideas, statements, reviews, or materials you submit.
- Snibbl does not endorse and shall not be liable for User-generated content.
- You agree to indemnify Snibbl against claims, damages, or losses arising from your content or conduct.
8.5 Minors and Supervision
- Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction may only use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- Parents/guardians must review and accept these Terms on behalf of minors.
8.6 Restricted Goods
To purchase Restricted Goods (where applicable), you must meet statutory legal age requirements. Vendors reserve the right to:
- Request valid proof of age or identity (e.g., government-issued ID);
- Refuse collection or delivery if age cannot be verified;
- Request a valid prescription (if legally required);
- Refuse service where legally justified.
Restricted Goods cannot be delivered using contactless or unattended methods.
8.7 Liability for Device and Data
Any material downloaded, accessed, or received via the Platform is at your own risk. Snibbl is not liable for device damage, data loss, or other harm caused by your use.
8.8 Commercial Restrictions
The Platform must only be used for its intended purpose—connecting Users with Vendors. You may not use it to promote or sell products/services outside of Snibbl, nor engage in unauthorized surveys, contests, or advertising campaigns.
9) Community and Sub-Community Responsibilities
When participating in Snibbl Circles, sub-communities, forums, reviews, or other interactive features, you agree to:
- Share content that is respectful, truthful, and relevant;
- Refrain from unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, misleading, or harmful material;
- Not impersonate other Users, Vendors, or Snibbl representatives;
- Avoid spamming, soliciting, or unauthorized advertising;
- Respect privacy by not sharing personal, financial, or confidential information without consent;
- Not disrupt discussions, harass participants, or interfere with community spaces.
Snibbl may moderate, edit, or remove content that violates these rules or undermines the community at their sole discretion. Users engaging in unlawful, defamatory, or disrespectful conduct, or otherwise violating UAE law, may face account suspension, termination, and reporting to authorities. Snibbl reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal action where applicable.
10) Community, User Content, and Responsibilities (Detailed)
10.1 User Content and Material
Except for Personal Data (governed by the Privacy Policy), any material you upload, submit, or transmit through the Platform is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. Snibbl and its partners may copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate, or otherwise use such material for lawful commercial or non-commercial purposes.
10.2 Prohibited Content and Conduct
You must not post, upload, or transmit material that:
- Violates any local, national, or international law;
- Is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or discriminatory;
- Contains viruses, malicious code, or harmful programs;
- Attempts to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform;
- Includes spam, unauthorized advertising, or promotional content;
- Misleads others into believing it is official Snibbl communication;
- Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality rights of others;
- Harasses, threatens, or abuses Users, Vendors, or Snibbl representatives;
- Promotes violence, illegal activity, or content harmful to public morals.
10.3 Comments, Reviews, and Feedback
Any reviews, comments, or feedback must:
- Be respectful, truthful, and relevant;
- Not impersonate another person or entity;
- Not be misleading, commercially motivated, or contrary to Platform purpose;
- Be free of defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory language.
10.4 Liability and Enforcement
- Users are responsible for all content they share and hereby indemnify Snibbl for costs, claims, or damages from breaches.
- Snibbl may moderate, edit, or remove content at its discretion if it violates these Terms.
- Snibbl will cooperate with UAE regulators, law enforcement, or courts, and may disclose the identity or location of a User engaged in unlawful or prohibited activity.
- Users acting in violation of these rules or UAE law may face suspension, termination, and/or legal action.
11) Acceptable Use Policy
The Platform is intended solely for personal use by Users to access services provided by Vendors. It may not be used for unauthorized commercial purposes or activities other than those approved or endorsed by Snibbl.
Snibbl may suspend, restrict, or terminate any User account and deny access if prohibited activities are detected.
11.1 Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to engage in:
- Violating applicable law or government orders in the UAE or elsewhere;
- Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful conduct, including promoting or facilitating such activities;
- Infringing intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information regarding identity or transactions;
- Attempting to purchase, promote, or distribute restricted or unlawful goods/services, including (without limitation):
- Controlled substances, narcotics, steroids, or related paraphernalia;
- Weapons, explosives, ammunition, or replicas;
- Counterfeit products, pirated media, or unauthorized hardware/software modifications;
- Gambling, betting, lotteries, sweepstakes, fantasy sports, or unlicensed gaming;
- Financial services such as money transfer, FOREX, securities trading, payday lending, escrow, or unlicensed credit services;
- Multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or “get rich quick” programs;
- Unauthorized ticket sales, timeshare services, or visa issuance;
- Posting or transmitting unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or harassing content;
- Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful programs;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing Vendors, Users, Snibbl staff, or customer service;
- Impersonating another person or misrepresenting affiliation;
- Engaging in politically, racially, or socially offensive conduct that violates UAE standards of decency and respect.
11.2 Enforcement and Rights
Snibbl may:
- Investigate allegations of misconduct or violating content;
- Remove, edit, or request removal of abusive, illegal, misleading, or disruptive content;
- Monitor User activity for compliance;
- Cancel Orders or suspend/deactivate/terminate accounts suspected of fraud, misuse, or violations;
- Report unlawful activity to UAE authorities and cooperate fully with investigations.
11.3 Consequences of Violation
If a User breaches this policy or any other provision of these Terms, Snibbl may:
- Immediately suspend or terminate the User’s account without prior notice;
- Cancel pending or confirmed Orders;
- Forfeit payments for affected Orders where the violation is attributable to the User;
- Permanently restrict future access;
- Seek recovery of damages, losses, or costs;
- Refer the matter to relevant UAE authorities for potential civil or criminal proceedings.
Users acknowledge that violations may expose them to civil liability or criminal prosecution under UAE law.
12) Authority of Snibbl
- Service Suspension or Cessation: Snibbl may temporarily suspend or permanently discontinue operation of the Platform at any time. Snibbl shall not be liable to Users or third parties for loss or inconvenience arising from such suspension or discontinuation.
- Account Access and Passwords: Usernames and passwords are issued/managed by Users. Snibbl may restrict or block access to accounts, including preventing the use of old or new passwords, where necessary for security, compliance, or operational reasons.
- No Warranty of Service: Snibbl does not guarantee services will always be timely, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, nor that results will be accurate or meet expectations.
- Data Management: Snibbl may back up or delete files, messages, or other content uploaded by Users at intervals it deems appropriate. Snibbl accepts no responsibility for loss or deletion.
- Intellectual Property: All IP in materials created or acquired by Snibbl (including software, documents, graphics, designs, data, trademarks, logos, user interface of the Platform, images and the like) remains Snibbl’s exclusive property.
- Vendor Content and Availability: Product details, prices, and availability are provided by Vendors, who are responsible for accuracy and updates. Snibbl may cancel/correct an Order if incorrect product or price information is displayed. Snibbl shall not be liable for items ordered but not delivered due to Vendor unavailability and all such items that may be unavailable will be refunded into the User’s Snibbl Wallet/Account Balance unless the User specifically requests otherwise.
- User-Generated Content: Snibbl may display, distribute, or relocate user content (comments, reviews, feedback, community posts) within the Platform at its discretion, and may allow copying or sharing; no royalties or compensation are owed.
- External Links: The Platform may link to third-party sites. Snibbl is not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or practices.
- Service Modifications: Snibbl may introduce new services, modify existing services, convert free services into paid services, or withdraw services. Snibbl may require registration for features previously accessible without an account.
- Maintenance and Upgrades: The Platform may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or improvements. While Snibbl will endeavor to provide notice, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
13) Guidelines for Reviews
Relevancy
- Reviews must reflect a genuine, first-hand experience with the Vendor or Product (e.g., Mystery Bag, Saver Box, Dine-In Voucher, or other service).
- Irrelevant or misleading reviews may be rejected or removed.
Acceptable Content
Snibbl is not obligated to approve or publish any review. Reviews may be rejected or removed for reasons including (without limitation):
- Profanity, abusive language, harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory remarks;
- Irrelevant, misleading, or non-experiential content;
- Discrimination based on protected characteristics;
- References to illegal activities or content contrary to UAE norms/values;
- Conflicts of interest (e.g., reviews by competing Vendors or their representatives);
- Allegations of health-code or regulatory violations (report those to authorities);
- Outdated, obsolete, or duplicate information.
Verified Reviews
- Only Users who have successfully completed an Order through the Platform are eligible to submit a review for that specific Vendor.
- Verified reviews will be marked accordingly.
- Attempts to post fake, duplicate, or manipulated reviews will result in removal and may lead to suspension or a permanent ban.
Not Endorsed
- Reviews do not reflect the opinions or views of Snibbl, its affiliates, or partners.
- Snibbl assumes no liability for any review or for losses arising from reliance on User-submitted reviews.
Ownership of Reviews
- All reviews submitted through the Platform become Snibbl’s exclusive property.
- Snibbl may reproduce, edit, translate, transmit, distribute, or otherwise use review content in any format or medium.
- No payment, credit, or compensation is due to Users for their reviews.
14) Termination of Agreement
Snibbl may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion, including where:
- You breach these Terms;
- You engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct;
- Your activity is deemed harmful to Users, Vendors, or Platform integrity.
Snibbl is under no obligation to provide prior warning, explanation, or an opportunity to contest such action.
15) Restrictions on Non-Personal and Non-Commercial Use
The Platform is intended solely for personal use. You may not use, reproduce, or republish content, data, or information from the Platform for commercial purposes without Snibbl’s express written consent.
Unauthorized commercial use or republication may cause significant harm, for which monetary damages may be inadequate. Snibbl is entitled to seek injunctive relief and any other remedies available at law.
16) Refund Policy
Snibbl values User satisfaction and will provide assistance consistent with these Terms and the Order Cancellation provisions.
This Refund Policy applies to all transactions conducted through the Platform, including (without limitation):
- Mystery Bags and Saver Boxes
- Dine-In Vouchers
- Delivery and Pick-Up Orders
- Non-food retail goods (e.g., groceries, flowers, health & beauty)
- Subscriptions (recurring or one-time)
- Event or ticket sales offered through the Platform
Refunds may be issued where:
- A Vendor fails to provide the confirmed Order;
- A subscription or ticketed event is canceled by Snibbl or the Vendor;
- A verified technical or payment error occurs; or
- A case falls within applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
Refunds will first be credited to the Snibbl Wallet/Account Balance unless the User requests otherwise, in which case the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary and typically take 7–14 business days (or up to 30 days for international banks).
No refunds shall be issued for:
- Uncollected Orders within the Vendor’s designated collection period;
- Expired or unused Dine-In Vouchers, Mystery Bags, or Saver Boxes;
- Dissatisfaction with contents of a Mystery Bag or Saver Box (contents are variable by design);
- Partial use of subscriptions or tickets after activation, unless legally required.
Non-Transferability of Subscriptions and Tickets
- Subscriptions and tickets purchased through Snibbl are personal to the User’s account and may not be resold, transferred, or assigned without Snibbl’s prior written approval.
- Unauthorized resale or transfer may result in cancellation without refund, and possible suspension or termination.
Force Majeure
Snibbl, its Vendors, and partners shall not be liable or required to provide refunds for delay, cancellation, or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, extreme weather, or acts of God;
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest;
- Government regulations, restrictions, or public health measures;
- Power outages, telecommunications breakdowns, or internet disruptions;
- Strikes, labor disputes, or shortages of essential supplies.
Snibbl will make reasonable efforts to notify Users and work with Vendors to minimize disruption; however, Users acknowledge no refunds or compensation will be owed for cancellations or failures arising from Force Majeure events.
17) Price and Payment
17.1 Agreement with Vendor
Once your Order has been confirmed and payment successfully processed, a binding agreement exists between you (the User) and the Vendor. The Vendor is solely responsible for fulfilling the Order.
17.2 Prices and Charges
- All prices shown on the Platform are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) unless otherwise stated and are subject to applicable taxes.
- Prices and promotions displayed on the Platform may differ from those offered by Vendors via their own outlets, websites, or other channels.
- The total price payable, including any service or processing fees, is shown at checkout before you confirm your Order. By placing an Order, you agree to the final total displayed.
- Fees and charges are subject to change at any time in line with Snibbl’s business needs and applicable laws.
17.3 Payment Methods
- All Orders on Snibbl must be prepaid. Cash on delivery is not supported.
- Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, or other secure third-party payment solutions as displayed at checkout.
- Snibbl may add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
- Payments are processed securely by Snibbl’s authorized third-party payment service providers. Snibbl does not store your card or payment details; with your consent, these may be securely stored by providers for future transactions.
17.4 QR Code Confirmation
- Upon successful payment, the User receives a unique QR Code through the Platform.
- The QR Code serves as the sole confirmation and proof of purchase for Mystery Bags, Saver Boxes, Dine-In Vouchers, subscriptions, tickets, or other services.
- Vendors are required to validate the QR Code at the time of collection, redemption, or service usage.
- Failure to present a valid QR Code may result in denial of service, with no refund entitlement.
18) Payment, Data Security & User Responsibilities (Gateway-Required Statements)
Platform Ownership
The Snibbl mobile application (“Snibbl App” or “Platform”) is owned and operated by SNIBBL FZ-LLE.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Mobile Application shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
- The price and currency displayed at checkout will be the same as the price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt.
- The amount charged to the card will be shown in your card issuer’s currency.
- Snibbl does not allow cash on delivery; all Orders must be prepaid. Upon successful payment, a QR code will be issued as proof of purchase.
Trade Restrictions
Snibbl shall not trade with, provide services to, or otherwise engage in any business or commercial dealings with individuals, entities, or countries that are sanctioned or listed by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), or by any other applicable trade sanctions, embargoes, or restricted party lists under international or UAE law.
Eligibility of Users
- Customers under the age of 18 shall not register as a User or transact on/through the Mobile Application.
- By creating an account and making payments, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age.
Cardholder Responsibility
- The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Mobile Application—Snibbl policies and rules.
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials and all activity under their account.
Card Data Protection
- All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will never be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to third parties.
- Snibbl will not disclose or pass your card details to any external party.
Data Privacy & Security
- Snibbl implements appropriate security measures (technical, hardware, and software safeguards) to protect user data.
- Despite these measures, Snibbl cannot guarantee absolute security of information disclosed online.
Third-Party Links & Services
- The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Snibbl is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of such third parties.
- If you provide information to these third parties, their policies will govern its use. Users are encouraged to review those policies directly.
Policy Updates
Snibbl reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions (including payment and privacy-related terms) at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting; Users should review this section regularly.
19) Tipping Disclaimer
- Snibbl does not provide any tipping functionality within the Platform. Users will not be given the option to add gratuities for Vendors, restaurant staff, or delivery personnel when placing or paying for an order.
- Any tipping that occurs is entirely outside of Snibbl’s scope. If a User wishes to leave a gratuity, this may only be done privately and directly with the Vendor or their staff.
- Snibbl has no involvement, responsibility, or liability for any tipping arrangements made between Users and Vendors or their employees.
- Vendors are strictly prohibited from soliciting tips through the Snibbl App or misrepresenting that Snibbl collects or manages gratuities.
20) Validity of Snibbl Records
In the event of any dispute relating to these Terms or transactions made through the Platform, the User agrees that Snibbl’s digital records, logs, and system data (including electronic transaction records, payment confirmations, and communication archives) shall serve as valid, binding, and conclusive evidence, provided they are maintained in accordance with applicable laws and industry standards. Users waive any right to contest the authenticity or admissibility of such records.
21) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with the Platform or these Terms (including non-contractual disputes) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
22) Intellectual Property Rights
- All logos, trademarks, service marks, brand names, images, designs, content, and marketing materials used on the Platform and as may be referred hereunder, are the exclusive intellectual property of SNIBBL FZ-LLE and/or its licensed partners.
- Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, republishing, uploading, transmitting, distributing, or otherwise using any intellectual property belonging to Snibbl or its affiliates without prior express written consent.
- Unauthorized use of Snibbl’s intellectual property, including its trademarks, brand name, logos or its distinctive user-interface on unapproved websites, marketing campaigns, or commercial products, is prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability under UAE law.
- Snibbl will enforce its IP rights to the maximum extent permitted, including seeking injunctions, damages, and criminal prosecution where applicable.
- Snibbl makes no representation that use of materials displayed on the Platform will not infringe rights of third parties not owned or controlled by Snibbl. Users access and use such materials at their own risk.
23) Contribution License (User Content License)
When you submit or share any content on the Platform, including reviews, comments, feedback, images, or other materials (“User Content”), you grant Snibbl a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable license (with the right to sublicense) to:
- Store, display, publish, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Platform and its services;
- Adapt, edit, translate, or create derivative works from your User Content for operational, promotional, or commercial purposes;
- Use your User Content in marketing campaigns, advertising, or other media connected to Snibbl and its Vendors.
By posting User Content, you confirm you own or otherwise have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your contribution does not violate third-party rights.
Snibbl may:
- Review, moderate, and remove User Content that breaches these Terms or applicable law;
- Adjust or categorize User Content to appear in appropriate sections of the Platform;
- Decline to display User Content that is irrelevant, offensive, misleading, or otherwise unsuitable.
24) Links to External Platforms
For your convenience, the Platform may provide links to websites, applications, or services operated by third parties (“External Platforms”).
- Snibbl does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of information, products, or services provided on External Platforms.
- Visiting and using External Platforms is at your own risk; verify information before relying on it or completing transactions.
- Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement, recommendation, or affiliation.
- Snibbl is not liable for damage, loss, or disputes arising from your access to or use of External Platforms.
25) Environmental Impact Estimate
Our Platform may display estimates relating to food waste reduction, carbon footprint savings, and other environmental impact indicators. These figures are generated using industry-standard averages, third-party databases, and/or portion-based assumptions. Actual values may vary depending on sourcing, preparation methods, portion sizes, and other factors beyond our control.
Accordingly, such information is provided for indicative purposes only and should not be interpreted as scientifically exact. While we strive to present accurate and reliable data, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding the completeness, precision, or accuracy of these environmental impact calculations.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that these metrics are intended solely for general awareness and educational purposes, and shall not be relied upon as definitive measurements for any regulatory, commercial, or scientific purpose.
26) Prescription Medicines, Health Products, Allergies, and Dietary Needs
No Medical or Supplement Sales
- Snibbl does not provide, list, or facilitate the sale of prescription medicines, over-the-counter drugs, dietary supplements, or medical products of any kind.
- Snibbl is not a pharmacy, healthcare provider, or medical distributor. Any attempt to use the Platform for medical product purchases is outside its intended scope.
- Snibbl bears no responsibility or liability for any medical products or pharmaceutical services misrepresented, requested, or provided outside the permitted scope.
Allergies and Food Safety
- The contents of Mystery Bags, Saver Boxes, and Dine-In Vouchers are determined solely by the Vendor. Snibbl does not prepare, package, or label food items.
- Food items may contain or come into contact with common allergens (including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish, soy, and eggs).
- Snibbl does not guarantee that food is free of allergens, intolerances, or dietary restrictions unless explicitly stated by the Vendor.
- Users with allergies, intolerances, or special dietary requirements should confirm details directly with the Vendor before placing an order and/or at the time of collection/delivery.
User Responsibility After Delivery, Collection, or Dine-In
- Once an order has been delivered, collected, or redeemed for dine-in, it becomes the User’s responsibility to inspect items and confirm suitability for consumption.
- Any concerns regarding freshness, dietary compliance, allergens, or health risks must be verified directly with the Vendor at delivery/collection or while dining in.
- Snibbl bears no liability for illness, injury, or adverse reactions arising after delivery, collection, or dine-in consumption.
Dietary and Health Responsibility
- Snibbl makes no representations that meals or vouchers meet specific dietary, nutritional, or medical requirements (e.g., vegan, halal, organic, gluten-free, lactose-free, nut-free, low-calorie).
- Users are solely responsible for determining whether an item is appropriate for their consumption or dietary needs.
- Snibbl disclaims liability for health issues, allergic reactions, or adverse consequences resulting from food or beverages purchased, collected, delivered, or consumed via the Platform.
27) Snibbl Exclusive Circle – Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the subscription-based Snibbl Exclusive Circle membership (the “Membership Program”).
27.1 Membership
Subscription & Renewal
- To join, you must subscribe and pay the applicable membership fee (“Membership Fee”) as displayed in the App.
- Membership renews automatically on a rolling basis (e.g., every 30 days) unless you cancel per these Terms.
- Payments will be charged to your selected method; if it fails, Snibbl may attempt other valid methods saved to your account.
- Membership periods are tied to the original renewal date, not the date of a successful charge.
Acceptance of Membership
Snibbl may accept, decline, or suspend any membership at its discretion.
Communications
By subscribing, you consent to service-related notifications, updates, and promotional communications regarding your membership and benefits.
27.2 Membership Cancellation
- You may cancel anytime via App account settings.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- After cancellation, you retain benefits until the end of the paid period.
- Snibbl does not issue partial refunds for unused time.
27.3 Benefits
Members may access benefits that may include:
- Priority or exclusive access to Mystery Bags and Saver Boxes;
- Special Dine-In Vouchers and curated restaurant offers;
- Discounts, early access, or loyalty rewards with partnered Vendors;
- Invitations to Snibbl Circles and exclusive community activities.
Benefits may vary by Vendor, location, or time. Snibbl may update, modify, remove, or replace benefits at any time without refunds or compensation. Benefits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may not be combined with other offers unless permitted.
27.4 Termination by Snibbl
Snibbl may terminate or suspend your membership immediately, without prior notice, if you:
- Breach these Membership Terms;
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; or
- Misuse or exploit membership benefits.
Snibbl may also terminate the program entirely or in part at its discretion.
27.5 Refund Policy (Membership)
- Membership Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your billing cycle; no pro-rata refunds.
- No refunds once a membership-exclusive benefit (e.g., mystery bag, saver box, dine-in voucher, discount) is redeemed.
- Where legally mandated, refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
27.6 Limitation of Liability (Membership)
- Snibbl does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Membership benefits or error-free App performance.
- Services and benefits are provided “as is” and “as available.”
- Snibbl disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Membership use.
- To the maximum extent permitted, Snibbl’s total liability shall not exceed the total Membership Fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
27.7 Indemnity (Membership)
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snibbl, its officers, employees, affiliates, and partners against claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Membership.
26.8 Data Protection (Membership)
- Snibbl processes personal data in accordance with UAE data protection regulations and our Privacy Policy.
- By subscribing, you consent to the use of your personal information for administering membership benefits, processing payments, and improving services.
27.9 General Terms (Membership)
- Membership begins on purchase and remains valid until the end of the paid period unless cancelled or terminated.
- All IP rights relating to the Membership and its materials are owned by Snibbl.
- Snibbl may amend these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
- If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
- These Terms are governed by UAE law with exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
28) Snibbl Dine-In Deals – Terms of Use
By accessing or redeeming Dine-In Deals, you agree to these Terms (and referenced policies). Dine-In Deals are available exclusively via the mobile App (not desktop/web). Users under 18 may only participate with parental/guardian consent, who will assume full responsibility for actions and charges. Snibbl may amend or update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
28.1 Services
Dine-In Deals allow Users to access and redeem exclusive restaurant offers, vouchers, and promotions from participating Vendors. Snibbl is a facilitator only; Vendors are responsible for food, beverages, and service quality.
28.2 Use of Dine-In Deals
- Provide complete and accurate information when reserving or redeeming a voucher.
- Snibbl is not responsible for errors caused by incomplete, false, or misleading information provided by you.
- Disputes regarding incorrect, missing, or unsatisfactory meals must be resolved directly with the Vendor.
- Snibbl may suspend or terminate access to Dine-In Deals in cases of misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
28.3 Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, branding, and materials associated with Dine-In Deals are the property of Snibbl or its licensors. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.
28.4 Restrictions
- Dine-In Deals do not apply to restricted products (such as alcohol, tobacco, or shisha) where prohibited by law.
- Vendors are responsible for compliance with UAE food, beverage, and hospitality regulations. Snibbl bears no liability for Vendor violations.
28.5 Allergies and Dietary Requirements
- Vendors determine ingredients, preparation methods, and service. Snibbl does not review/guarantee menu descriptions, ingredient lists, or allergen disclosures.
- Meals may contain allergens (nuts, gluten, dairy, shellfish, soy, sesame, eggs).
- Users with allergies/intolerances must confirm details directly with the Vendor before ordering/consuming.
- Once a meal or voucher is redeemed, it is the User’s responsibility to inspect/verify the food before consumption.
- Snibbl disclaims liability for allergic reactions, dietary conflicts, health issues, or adverse outcomes.
28.6 Cancellations
- Once a voucher is reserved and paid, it is binding. Any cancellation/refund is subject to the Vendor’scancellation policy.
- Snibbl has no control over Vendor refund/cancellation policies and bears no liability for losses arising from a Vendor’s refusal to cancel or refund.
- Snibbl may cancel a booking or voucher if fraudulent activity or abuse is suspected.
28.7 Prices, Payments, and Redemption
- All prices are listed in AED unless otherwise specified.
- All Dine-In vouchers/offers must be prepaid in-App. Cash payments are not accepted.
- Once payment is confirmed, a unique QR code will be issued. Present this code at the Vendor’s location to redeem.
- It is your responsibility to request and retain any official invoice/receipt issued by the Vendor.
28.8 Discounts and Promotions
- Promotions, discounts, and voucher codes may be offered with specific validity, restrictions, and usage conditions.
- Discounts are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Blackout dates (e.g., UAE National Day, Eid, New Year’s Eve, other holidays/special events) may apply. Vendors may impose additional restrictions.
- Snibbl and Vendors may withdraw or refuse discounts at any time.
28.9 Warranties and Limitations of Liability
- Dine-In offers are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- Photos/menu descriptions are illustrative and may differ from actual items.
- Snibbl does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for outages, internet failures, or force majeure.
- Vendors remain responsible for quality, preparation, safety, and service. Snibbl is not liable for foodborne illness, allergic reactions, dissatisfaction, or losses arising from Vendor products/services.
28.10 Data Protection
By using Dine-In Deals, you consent to Snibbl processing your personal data per its Privacy Policy. Certain details (e.g., your name and booking reference) may be shared with Vendors to complete reservations.
28.11 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Snibbl and its affiliates for claims, damages, or expenses resulting from:
- Misuse of Dine-In Deals;
- Breach of these Terms; or
- Disputes between you and any Vendor.
28.12 Third-Party Links
The App may link to third-party websites/services. Snibbl does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for such content; use is at your own risk.
28.13 Termination
Snibbl may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Dine-In Deals without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent/abusive behavior.
29) Snibbl Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
- Open to registered Snibbl Users within the UAE. Enrollment may be automatic or by invitation; Snibbl may determine eligibility and change requirements at any time.
Acceptance of Terms and Data Use
- By participating, you accept these Rewards Terms and consent to Snibbl collecting, processing, and sharing personal data with affiliates/third parties as necessary for Program operation, in line with the Privacy Policy. Continued use after amendments constitutes acceptance.
Program Changes and Termination
- Snibbl may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time, with or without notice. If the Program ends, all unredeemed points expire. Snibbl may suspend/cancel a Rewards account for breach, fraud/abuse, or false information; accrued points/benefits will be forfeited upon such termination.
Earning and Redeeming Points
- Criteria for earning points (conversion rates, bonus multipliers, qualifying transactions) are set by Snibbl and may vary by campaign, Vendor, or membership level.
- Points may be redeemed for:
- Snibbl credits;
- Exclusive discounts/offers;
- Mystery Bags, Saver Boxes, or Dine-In vouchers;
- Other deals/promotions listed in the Rewards section.
- Redemption options, rates, and availability may change at Snibbl’s discretion. Once redeemed, points/vouchers cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted into cash.
Link with Snibbl Exclusive Circle
- Exclusive Circle members may receive enhanced Rewards benefits (accelerated accumulation, special redemptions, early/priority access). Exact benefits will be communicated in-App and may change.
Expiry of Points
- Points are valid only for a limited period as determined by Snibbl; validity will be communicated in-App or alongside campaigns. Expired points cannot be reinstated.
Membership Rules
- Rewards accounts and points are non-transferable and for personal use only. Membership cannot be duplicated, gifted, sold, or shared. Using the Program outside these Terms is prohibited.
Order Cancellations and Adjustments
- If you cancel or modify an order, points earned from that order may be removed. Delayed but fulfilled orders do not earn extra points. Retroactive claims for points on past orders are not permitted.
Responsibility and Liability
- Snibbl is not liable for:
- Technical issues/outages/force majeure affecting point earning or redemption;
- Unauthorized use of your Rewards account;
- Indirect or consequential damages from Program participation.
- Participation is at your own risk.
Governing Law
These Rewards Terms are governed by UAE law, with exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
30) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snibbl provides the Platform and all related content “as is” and “as available.”We make no representations, guarantees, or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the Platform will always be secure or error-free, nor do we guarantee that the Platform, servers, or connected systems will be free of viruses or malware. While we do not guarantee the absence of defects, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct any defects within a reasonable timeframe.
Snibbl (including directors, officers, employees, contractors, or agents) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from your access to or use of the Platform, including loss of business opportunities, profits, data breaches, or service interruptions. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence (where limitation is not permitted by law).
Vendors are solely responsible for the preparation, quality, safety, and condition of the food, beverages, or services they provide. Where the Vendor handles delivery/order fulfillment directly, Snibbl is not responsible for delay, error, loss, or damage arising out of your contractual relationship with the Vendor.
31) Indemnity
By using the Platform, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Snibbl, its parent entities, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands, losses, damages, fines, penalties, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
- Your use or misuse of the Platform;
- Your breach of these Terms or any applicable law;
- Any violation of intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights arising from your actions;
- Any content, submissions, or materials you provide through the Platform.
This obligation survives termination or suspension of your account or access.
32) Amendments
Snibbl reserves the right to update, revise, or amend these Terms at any time, in line with applicable laws. Any amended Terms take effect immediately once published on the Platform. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly. By continuing to access or use the Platform after modifications, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and all associated services.
33) Disclaimer
All information, content, features, products, services, and materials available through the Platform, whether provided by Snibbl, Users, Vendors, or third parties, are made available strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties, guarantees, or representations of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snibbl expressly disclaims any and all warranties, whether express or implied, including (without limitation):
- Merchantability;
- Fitness for a particular purpose;
- Accuracy, completeness, or timelines of information;
- Non-infringement of third-party rights;
- Freedom from malware, viruses, or other harmful components;
- Any warranties implied by trade usage, course of performance, or course of dealing.
Your use of the Platform and reliance on its content is solely at your own risk.
34) Prevailing Language
These Terms and Conditions are made available in English. In the event of any conflict, inconsistency, or discrepancy between language versions, the English version shall prevail and be deemed authoritative for interpretation and enforcement.
